What an amazing week of providing experiences on the Missouri River with Columbia Public Schools 4th graders. We were so impressed with the students interest and engagement, the volunteers and presenters energy and time they put into making this program successful and our teachers that were always one step ahead and came prepared to have fun. Together we created an incredible experience that I know will not soon be forgotten.

A big thank you to our experienced boat drivers and deckhands: Anthony Pettit, Ragan Webb, Kevin Tosie, Kory Kaufman, Claire Jackson, Melanie Knocke, Amy Meier and Jeff Barrow.

A big thank you to our amazing volunteers and presenters Stephanie Michels, Everett Stokes, Eileen Combs, Barney Combs, Nancy McKenna, Wilo Starkie Kreuder from Access Arts, Holly Sher, Sue Hamilton, Scott Hamilton from U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Meg Trull and Emily Tracy Smith, and her crew from Missou: Fisheries Department.
Thank you to CPS Science, City of Columbia - Office of Sustainability, Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's Outdoor Fund, and Cooper's Landing Riverside Resort & Marina for making this experience possible. We look forward to seeing the rest of Columbia Public School's 4th graders in the spring of 2023!
